Embassy REIT has leased 6.4 million sq ft in FY2026 across 86 deals at 17% higher leasing spreads. It achieved double-digit growth with revenue up 13% YoY to Rs 4,582 crore and net operating income up 15% YoY to Rs 3,760 crores.
