Published in Business Economics – June 2026 Edition
I am delighted to share that my article, “Innovative Financing Mechanisms: Expanding the Capital Base for Infrastructure and Sustainable Development”, has been published in the June 2026 edition of Business Economics magazine.
The article explores emerging financing solutions including municipal bonds, blended finance, green bonds, carbon markets, ESG finance, asset monetisation, InvITs, REITs, and land value capture mechanisms that can help bridge India’s infrastructure funding gap and accelerate sustainable development.
This publication is particularly special for me as it serves as a precursor to the launch of my first book on Infrastructure Financing, which will be formally launched on 27 June 2026, a date that also marks the birthday of my beloved mother, to whom the book is dedicated.
