This new mall is being built in Sector 129, right next to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The developers say the whole project will cover nearly 1.4 million square feet. About 1.1 million square feet of that will be used for shops and businesses.
Saya Status Mall is set to be India’s tallest mall, standing nearly 160 feet high. It will have nine floors and a unique vertical design meant for luxury shopping. A design firm from Singapore reportedly helped plan the look and layout of this high-quality project.
The total cost is Rs 2000 crore. About Rs 1000 crore has already been spent just to buy the land. Another Rs 600 crore is being put into construction and building the necessary infrastructure.
The mall will be packed with high-end shops, fashion labels, places to eat, clubs, and bars on different levels. You can expect a big hypermarket on the lower ground floor. The top floors might be dedicated to nightlife and entertainment. Plus, there will be parking for almost 1,600 cars, even on the upper floors.
Because it’s near the Noida Expressway and close to new projects around the Noida International Airport, this mall is expected to become a key spot for business and lifestyle in the NCR region. The Saya Status Mall is likely to cement Noida’s reputation as one of the fastest-growing spots in North India for luxury property and retail.
