HUDCO’s HSMI organised a two-day capacity-building workshop on 24–25 September 2026 in New Delhi under CITIIS 2.0, bringing together Municipal Commissioners and senior urban-sector officials.
The focus: market-based financing, PPPs, municipal finance, asset monetisation, Land Value Capture and multilateral financing—helping cities move from project concepts to bankable, investment-ready urban infrastructure.
