At the Indore Urban Growth Conclave, three financing MoUs were exchanged between municipal authorities and Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank and HDFC Bank.
The existing ₹2,753.10-crore UCF portfolio covers **water supply, sewerage, heritage redevelopment and urban infrastructure across Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur and Rewa.
Why it matters: Cities are progressing from project approvals towards institutional financing arrangements, creating potential opportunities for investors, developers, EPC contractors and financial institutions.
The MoUs represent financing progress, not confirmed financial closure.
